1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using 30akindaday.com ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

30A Kinda Day™ allows users to upload vacation photos, which are composited into custom die-cut stickers featuring the 30A coastline shape and a unique QR code. Each QR code links to a digital memory page enriched with weather and environmental data from the day of your visit.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of photos and content you upload. By uploading content, you grant 30A Kinda Day™ a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and process your content for the purpose of providing the Service, including:

• Creating composited sticker images
• Displaying your memory page (if set to public)
• Featuring memories in the community gallery
• Generating preview and thumbnail images

4. Prohibited Content

You may not upload content that is illegal, infringing on third-party rights, obscene, hateful, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms without notice.

5. Orders and Payments

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed in US dollars. Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, your sticker will be printed and shipped to the address you provide. Shipping times are typically 5-7 business days within the United States.

6. Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, we generally do not offer refunds. If your sticker arrives damaged or with a significant printing defect, contact us at support@30akindaday.com within 14 days of delivery and we will send a replacement.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. 30A Kinda Day™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
