• Account information: Name and email address when you sign in with Google.
• Photos: Images you upload to create memories. These are stored securely on our servers.
• Memory data: Location names, dates, titles, and captions you provide.
• Order information: Shipping address and payment details (processed securely by Stripe — we never store your card number).
• QR scan data: When someone scans a QR code on a sticker, we log the scan time and approximate location for analytics.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To create and display your memory pages
• To enrich your memories with weather, tide, and sunset data
• To process and fulfill your sticker orders
• To display public memories in our community gallery (if you opt in)
• To send order confirmations and shipping updates
• To improve our services and fix bugs

3. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

• Stripe: For payment processing
• Cloudflare: For image storage and content delivery
• Print fulfillment partners: Your shipping address to deliver your stickers

4. Public Memories

By default, memories are shared publicly in our gallery. You can make any memory private at any time from your dashboard settings. Private memories are only accessible to you when signed in.

5. Data Retention

Your memories and associated data are kept as long as your account is active. You can delete individual memories or your entire account at any time by contacting us at privacy@30akindaday.com.

6. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, secure cloud storage, and Stripe's PCI-compliant payment processing. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
